11-01-2007 update: After submitting a managed card, I get the following: 

An error has occured during Information Card login

Internal System Error
You have encountered an error with the code: INTERNALERROR. There is no specific user information available for this error.

Original Interop Testing: After submitting a managed card, I get the following: 

An error has occured during Information Card login

A Valid Information Card was not supplied

I also get an error message that seems to have some mySQL-related text in it, but it appears only for a split second; too short to read details or copy&paste.

Tested with Higgins Browser Extension 0.9.0.6 on Firefox 2.0.0.8, Windows XP
