I2 IBM RP Access with Fugen IDP

Problem below has been fixed - now works.


The Fugen IDP card says it supports the email address claim (http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2005/05/identity/emailaddress), and I specified an email address when I created my card, however at runtime when I tried to use the card to login to the IBM RP site (which requires email address) the SAML assertion provided by the Fugen IDP did not contain an email address.
