I2 IBM RP Access with MS IDP

Only allows self-issued card login to the RP application.

Notes from IBM: This is not true - the RP application supports both self-issued and managed cards. The problem is the MS-IDP issues a card which does not support the standard http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2005/05/identity/claims/emailaddress claim.
