I2 WSO2-IS Java RP with Higgins Web

After clicking on "Login with your InfoCard", I get the following: 

Login failure !!!
missingToken

I never get to a point where the Identity Selector shows up.

Tested with Higgins Browser Extension 0.9.0.6 on Firefox 2.0.0.8, Windows XP
